Local entrepreneurs showcase products at Golden Pillow
Entrepreneurs in Polokwane and surrounding areas had the opportunity to present their products to clients at the Hidden Treasure Market Day held at Golden Pillow Lodge last Saturday.
Some of the products that were on show included succulents, artifacts, confectioneries, designer clothes, vegetables, jewelry, handmade gin, craft beer, biltong and bakery.
Adele Venter, Manager at Golden Pillow Lodge said they had 26 stalls with different products on the day.
“The day was a success and we want to thank everyone who supported the event. The event also gave entrepreneurs a platform to network, share business ideas and grow their businesses. It was an opportune moment for us to promote our establishment,” Venter said.
They also had horse riding and face painting for the kids on the day. “We wanted to create a stimulating environment for the children. Parents came with their children who enjoyed horse riding and playing kiddies games.”
