A fresh culinary chapter began at Park Inn Polokwane as guests sampled new signature dishes crafted by their new executive chef, Renaldo Jackson.

POLOKWANE – Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane hosted an exclusive menu tasting evening on July 10, unveiling a refreshed culinary offering under the leadership of their new executive chef, Renaldo Jackson.

The event celebrated flavour, creativity and warm hospitality, giving guests an exclusive preview of the innovative new menu.

Highlights included chef Renaldo’s signature dishes such as a uniquely twisted butternut soup, Chicken Stack and semi-sweet beef ribs.

The meal was perfectly rounded off with a decadent dessert, enjoyed by guests as they mingled.

General manager Dudu Nxumalo commended her team for their dedication in orchestrating the event and reaffirmed the hotel’s commitment to meeting evolving customer expectations.

“Our new menu is designed to welcome back returning clients and attract new ones by maintaining the highest culinary standards, reflecting our continuous pursuit of excellence,” she said.

Chef Renaldo brings a wealth of international experience and shared his insights on adapting to Polokwane’s distinct tastes.

“The food, the people, even the expectations here are different from anywhere I’ve worked before. It’s a welcome challenge.

Some guests are eager to explore new flavours, while others prefer the traditional dishes they grew up with. Convincing them to try something new makes my role exciting,” he said.
