I, Azwifaneli Nemanashi of Nash Planning and Civil Consultants (Pty) Ltd hereby give notice that I have lodged a simultaneous application in terms of section 62 (1), Section 63, Section 65, Section 71 and Section 74(1) of the Thulamela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law 2016 read together with the provision of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA) for the Removal of Restrictive Title Condition, Consolidation of closed street with the Remainder of Erf 2072 Thohoyandou-C Extension 5, Subdivision of the proposed Portion 1, Portion 2, Portion 3, Portion 4, Portion 5, Portion 6, Portion 7, Portion 8, Portion 9, Portion 10, Portion 11, Portion 12, Portion 13, Portion 14, Portion 15 & Portion 16 and Rezoning from `Municipal` to `Residential 2`, Relaxation of building lines and parking spaces for the purpose of formalization of students` accommodation facilities on the Remainder of Erf 2072 Thohoyandou-C Extension 5. The relevant plan(s), document(s) and information are available for inspection at the office of the senior manager: planning and economic development, Thulamela Local Municipality, first floor, Thohoyandou for a period of 30 days from the 8th of May 2026 to 8th of June 2026 and any objection or representation pertaining to the above land development application must be submitted in writing to the municipal manager, P.O.
