POLOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY NOTICE OF A REZONING APPLICATION IN TERMS OF
SECTION 61 OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017 (AS AMENDED 2025)
•AMENDMENT SCHEME 311 I, Marco Nolte of Natura Professional Planners (Pty) Ltd, being the applicant and authorised agent of the owner of the property, Erf 2469 Pietersburg Extension 11 hereby give notice in terms of Section 95(1)(a) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017(as Amended 2025), that I/we have applied to Polokwane Municipality for the amendment of the Polokwane Integrated Land Use Scheme, 2022 by the rezoning in terms of Section 61 of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-Law, 2017 (as Amended 2025), of the property as described above. The property is situated at: 12 Jupiter Avenue, Sterpark. The rezoning is from `Residential 1` to `Educational`. The intention is to apply for an educational centre in order to formalise the use of the property. Any objection or comment, including the grounds for such with full contact details, must be lodged with, or made in writing to: Manager: City Planning and Property Management, Polokwane Municipality, PO Box 111, Polokwane, 0700 from 15 May 2026 until 12 June 2026. Any person who cannot read or write may during office hours attend the Office of the Municipal Manager, where an official will assist that person to lodge a comment.
