Boy gymnasts from Gymstars Gymnastics topped scorecards during the Ecarte Gymnastics Club Competition held in Modimolle recently.
In the 6 to 7 years category, level 1, AJ Galloway, winner, followed by Itumeleng Rakobo and Durandt Boshoff ruled the podium. In the age category 7 to 8 years Ronin Lawrence finished first and his teammate Damian Bye third. Also on level 2 in the 11 to 13 age category Revern Lawrence was named overall winner.
On level 3 Eduard de Lange took gold in the 9 to 10 years category while JC Logtenberg (first) and Aljay Lucas (second) performed well in the age category 11 to 13.
Gymstars Gymnastics owner and coach, Lelanie Logtenberg said she was proud of the boys and looked forward to a competitive season ahead.
