Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder joins Tshakhuma

Former Kaizer Chiefs Football Club midfielder, David Mathebula has joined Venda based football club, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila as a caretaker coach.
The multi award winning midfielder takes over from Moma Medic who left the club a month ago.
Mathebula will work alongside Phuthi Mohafe until a suitable replacement for Medic is found.
He hung up his boots last year after an illustrious 16-year football career. The diminutive midfielder also played for Mpumalanga Black Aces, Moroka Swallows and Super Sport United Football Club.
He started his playing career at Giyani-based outfit Dynamos in 2002 before moving to Kaizer Chiefs in 2004, where he remained until 2011.
He won the 2004 Premier Soccer League, the MTN8 trophy in 2006 and 2008, as well as Telkom Knockout Cup in 2007, 2009 and 2010 with Kaizer Chiefs Football Club.
