Shooters shine at championship
Shooters from Moulder Luggeweer Akademie (MLA) Club excelled at the Florida Skietklub (FSK) competition.
Shooters from Moulder Luggeweer Akademie (MLA) Club achieved various accolades and milestones at the Florida Skietklub (FSK) competition in Polokwane last Friday. Promising young and up-and-coming shooter, Migael Moulder broke his own u/12 record of 380 out of 400 which he set in February in Klerksdorp.
He managed to shoot 387 out of 400 during the competition, while Marzé Becker won a bronze medal in the u/20 precision and the 3P discipline in the u/16 division.
Cara van der Merwe won bronze medals for the 3P and 10m standing position in the women’s category, while Shaun van den Heever claimed a silver medal in the 10m standing position for men.
Their coach, Gene Moulder, received a gold medal in the 3P position and silver in the 10m standing position for seniors.
