Stanfordians show some pedal power

LIMPOPO – There were different challenges participants could enter and a group of learners from Stanford Lake College took part in the the following distances: 10 km, 35 km, and 70 km which covered single track, game trails, jeep track, and gravel road.

Jason Freestone took fifth place in the 10 km with a time of 0:24, Matthew Wilkinson took third place in the 35 km with a time of 01:25, Ani Gutierrez-Hernandez took first place in the 35 km with a time of 01:35, and Danica Altenroxel took third place in the 35km with a time of 01:54.

SLC thanked Shikwaru for hosting all the cyclists, as well as all the sponsors including DebtSafe and all the organisers who made the event possible. They said they look forward to the rest of the season.
