Help these organisations bring Christmas to the less fortunate in Standerton

The Food Kitchen plans to give 250 people and 50 children an experience they could not have otherwise.

The festive season is rapidly approaching, and many organisations are gearing up to make this a charitable Christmas. The Kasselman Food Kitchen plans to host a Christmas party on December 19 to bring joy to the less fortunate who receive food weekly.

According to Yolandi Kasselman, the Food Kitchen plans to give 250 people and 50 children an experience they could not have otherwise. Everyone deserves a Christmas celebration.

The Food Kitchen requests donations of ice lollies, cold drinks, sweets and red meat. Items for children’s entertainment, such as face painting, would be appreciated.

Anyone willing to make Christmas wishes come true may contact Yolandi at 084 232 0505. Additionally, Lekwa Baby Rescue reaches out to the community for help this December.

With six rescued children in their home and several children receiving help from them in the community, Lekwa Baby Rescue would like to request food donations to help sustain their ever-growing efforts to look after abandoned children.

Any donations of non-perishable goods, sweets and Spar vouchers would be greatly appreciated.
