School plays provincial games

Evander High School was representing Gert Sibande District during the Saturday games.

EVANDER – Various schools from Mpumalanga took part in the summer qualifying round of the U/15 Provincial Rugby Games.

Seven boys and five girls from Evander High School took part in Saturday, 17 September’s games.

The winning teams go through to the next round to represent the province on national level.

The training camp for the national games will be held from 7 to 9 December and the national games will be hosted by Gauteng from 10 to 16 December.

Evander High School was representing Gert Sibande District during the Saturday games.

They won their game 24-0 against Chris Hani High School.

The school that will represent the province must still be announced.
