Princess Primary shines at interhouse athletics

Learners showcase their athletic prowess, teamwork and school spirit.

On Friday, January 31, Princess Primary hosted their annual Interhouse, giving learners an opportunity to showcase their athletic skills.

The atmosphere was beautiful and the spirit was infectious, and the learners were dressed and divided into four teams, each representing a different colour: the red Rhinos, blue Cranes, yellow Proteas, Springboks in green, and parents in orange.

The air was electric with team spirit as the young athletes donned their colourful jerseys and prepared to battle it out on the track.

But it wasn’t just the learners who were excited – parents and teachers also came out in full force to show their support. The stands were filled with cheering family members, all eager to see their little ones in action.

“The top performers in each category and age group will be awarded medals and trophies, and the chosen team will represent the school at Ruimsig in February, and we are extremely grateful for the support that the parents are showing our learners,” he mentioned.
