ER24 reports that a man, believed  to be in his 20s, was killed last night after his motorbike collided with a light motor vehicle  in Vereeniging.

When ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene, they found the vehicle and motorbike lying in the middle of the road. The body of the biker was found lying approximately 5 metres away from his motorbike.Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained numerous injuries and showed no signs of life.

According to ER24, the man had already succumbed to his injuries. Nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead.

The driver of the light motor vehicle was assessed and found to have escaped injury. The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
