SEDIBENG. – Sedibeng Ster veteran sports journalist, Zacharia Nale joined the millions of South Africans on World Health Organisation’s (WHO) #SafeHands Challenge as part of the precautions for the Coronavirus.

As the results of Coronavirus, the PSL and other Safa league matches have been postponed for fear of multiple infections among the soccer players and fans.

“As a sports journalist, I am also involved in the development of sports in this country and I challenge development coaches to practice and preach this WHO’s #SafeHands Challenge to their athletes in prevention of this deadly virus.”

Sedibeng Ster Sport wants to take this opportunity to challenge everyone who is involved in sports to make sure that this WHO’s #SafeHands Challenge is encouraged for the safety our community especially athletes as sports is known for attracting crowds.

As a newspaper it is our duty to educate and inform our community about the challenge our country is faced with at the moment in fighting this deadly virus.
