Several unclaimed Lotto tickets

Ithuba is calling lottery winners to come forward to claim winnings before the tickets expire.

The National Lottery Ithuba urges all players to continue to check their tickets as there is several unclaimed tickets due to expire.

One unclaimed wager of a R20.5m was won on the 29 May 2021 draw and remains unclaimed and is set to expire this Saturday.

Another ticket wager of R22,50 made one lucky player R126 589 752, 05 million richer from the Friday 20 May 2022 PowerBall draw. The Johannesburg player is yet to claim their winnings.

CEO of Ithuba Charmaine Mabuza said: “Although players have 365 days to claim their jackpot prizes, we encourage them to come forward at their earliest convenience,” said Mabuza.

Should the tickets remain unclaimed it will be used towards the National Lottery Distribution Fund (NLDTF) and used towards good causes.
