Boyfriend hands himself over to police after strangling girlfriend to death
The suspect, aged 32, was immediately arrested and charged with murder.

EVATON. – A 32-year-old man has been arrested and a case of murder is being investigated after a woman was strangled to death in Small Farms, on March 28.
It is said that at about 08:00, the boyfriend of the deceased arrived at Evaton Police Station to hand himself over for killing his girlfriend by strangling her after they had a conflict.
“Upon police arrival, the deceased was found lying on the bed facing upwards, covered with a brown blanket from head to toe,” said police spokesperson Constable Thulisile Msibi.
She added that there was white foam coming from her (the deceased) nose.
“The deceased is a female aged 18, and she was staying at Orange Farm. She was later identified by her father. A case of murder was opened and the suspect, aged 32, was immediately arrested and charged with murder.”
