Balaclava clad man shoots foreigner dead in Sebokeng

He was ‘chilling’ with two men on the street.

SEBOKENG. – A case of murder is being investigated by the Evaton police after a man was found lying in a pool of blood in Zone 6 on Friday, January 23.

Police spokesperson, Constable Thulisile Msibi said that the Evaton police received a complaint at approximately 20:30 of a shooting incident next to house in Zone 6, Extension 5.

“Upon arrival, they found a foreign man, who was later identified, lying in a pool of blood on the street. He was ‘chilling’ with two men on the street. He had bullet wounds on his right shoulder and below his right ear and a scratch on his forehead. It is alleged he was shot by an unknown man wearing a balaclava.”

The deceased was declared dead on the scene by EMS

The police are appealing to anyone who might have information to assist with the case to call 08600 10111 or Evaton Police on 016 466 2203
