Help find Kulo’s family

The appeal follows a tragic discovery made in the early hours of August 10, 2025.

 

SASOLBURG. – Detectives in Zamdela are calling on the public to help identify the relatives of 46-year-old Thuso Samuel Kulo.

The appeal follows a tragic discovery made in the early hours of August 10, 2025.

At approximately 02:30, police officers patrolling the Harry Gwala area spotted a man lying near the fence of the local Multi-Purpose Centre.

Upon closer inspection, officers found that the man had suffered a fatal stab wound to his neck. Emergency medical services were called to the scene, where he was pronounced dead.

The victim was wearing blue overalls, a black coat, and blue and yellow shoes.

The police are asking anyone who knew Kulo, or who might have information regarding his family or next of kin, to contact Tshidiso Sepheka on 073 7377 207, #CrimeStop on 08600 10111, or submit an anonymous tip-off via the #MySAPS App.
