SEBOKENG.- It was a fun-filled day for pre-school and creche children when they participated in various activities at the Saul Tsotetsi Sports Centre recently.

Mosokwene said she was overwhelmed by the response they received from the community, especially the stakeholders who contributed to the success of this event. She told Sedibeng Ster Sport that children’s development shouldn’t be measured by wealth but by their ability to dream.

Children are shaped by what they see

Many children are confined and shaped only by what they see, influenced by generations whose dreams were limited by circumstance. Through active participation, meaningful involvement, and intentional exposure, children are introduced to possibilities beyond their immediate environment.

“They are reminded that they are not defined by circumstance but by their potential. These are not just children; they are future doctors, Olympians, business leaders, and change-makers. What they see and experience at this foundation stage will shape who they become,” said Mosokwene.

Mosokwene said Walking In Victory is rooted in community partnership.

She told Sedibeng Ster Sport that this kind of project is not a one-off initiative.
