OPINION: Port Shepstone Rotary thanks businesses for inspiring future leaders

The support was for the club's 60th annual youth leadership course.

To business owners and service organisations… we have just witnessed an amazing week of leadership, team-building and networking with an awesome group of 68 learners and eight mentors.

We place on record our heartfelt appreciation to you for your support of our club’s 60th annual youth leadership course, which was held at Port Shepstone High between October 5 to 11.

The course structure is built on a solid foundation with a constant relook at the model in keeping with the generational and socio-economic change that we are presented with.

We have had positive feedback from attendees, guests, presenters and parents and are proud to have had the opportunity to include you/your organisation in this year’s business visit session.

The groups enjoyed the visit and their report-back session was positive.

They were inspired by your organisation, your values and the management at your institution.

We appreciate your time and effort in welcoming them and inspiring them to be better individuals.

We have posted a summary of the daily activities, pictures, presentations and acknowledgements on our Facebook page – Rotary Club of Port Shepstone – for your engagement and perusal.

Once again, hearty thanks for investing your time and resources in this dynamic bunch of future leaders.
You have given them an experience of a lifetime and one that will remain engrained in them for years to come.

We wish you and your institution much success and look forward to forging healthy working relationships with you in the future.
