Pub quiz evening tests knowledge for Hospice’s benefit

Use your general knowledge to raise much-need funds for Khanya Hospice when the next pub quiz takes place at Waves Restaurant in Umkomaas on Wednesday, 30 October.

“Thank you to everyone for making the pub quiz evenings such a great success and for your generosity in supporting Hospice,” said Khanya Hospice CEO, Neil McDonald. “Hospice really appreciates everything anyone does, no matter how big or how small. It all counts and nothing goes unnoticed.”

The evening gets underway from 5.30pm. The R80 cost per person includes dinner. “We have 16 more tickets to sell, so please join us on the evening.”

You can book your ticket by emailing Neil at manager@khanyahospice.org.za or from Waves at wavesrr@gmail.com. “Payment can be made on the evening. Cash would be preferable due to the handover of the Hospice portion at the end of the evening.” Tickets booked will be deemed sold to ensure all logistic and catering needs are in place.

“We also need some sponsored prizes.” For more information or to book, contact Neil on 039-973-1783 or Waves Restaurant on 039-973-2500.
