Tourism businesses which not have renewed their registration have until 30 November.

The registration of tourism establishments and tour operators is mandatory in the following categories: Accommodation, travel services, conference venues, historical/cultural centres, recreation and entertainment attractions.

Tourism businesses are urged to submit the relevant documentation for registration prior to making payments to the department. Forms are obtainable from the department at 217 Burger Street, Calder House, Pietermaritzburg or www.kzned.gov.za.
