Dog’s suspect death leaves questions

I am looking for witnesses who may have seen someone hitting or dumping a Jack Russel on the southbound Seadoone off-ramp on Tuesday, 1 April.

My dog, a short leg Jack Russel, went missing from Montego Bay and was found dead on the side of the off-ramp, clearly having being driven over by a car. However there were no signs at the scene of an impact.

The strange part is that he never ran from home and we suspect he may have been stolen.
