Impact of disobedience up for discussion
Let us understand that humility is a great strength not a weakness.

AS the Haven continues its discussion around humility, it is reminded about Adam.
We all at one stage blame Adam, the first man that was created, for our problems because he was the one who introduced disobedience into the world.
We’re even bold enough sometimes to say if that were us, we would never have eaten of the forbidden fruit.
When we look at this, we actually understand how one man’s disobedience affected every generation negatively and still continues to do so today. So if disobedience can affect so negatively, what about obedience?
Surely the same should be said about obedience. If we obey and respond to instructions, surely then this obedience should have a huge effect on people around us. Many times we are asked or instructed to do things, or we know what is the right thing to do or say yet we disregard it and disobey. Our actions not only affect people in our immediate surroundings, but also the next generation.
Sometimes we do not want to obey because it may mean we need to humble ourselves and be less to others.
Let us understand that humility is a great strength not a weakness.
Being humble is not your end but rather your beginning.
