Ward 90 councillor Shad Nowbuth said the contractors are building pavements, marking the roads and creating speed humps while a private company lays a fibre optic cable.

“Speed humps are being constructed in Protea Road, Dahlia Place and Flamboyant Drive. Pavements are being built in Khan Lane, Dahlia Place and Tulip Lane. Optic fibre cable installation is also underway in Isipingo Hills and other areas with contractors at work on roadways. Please be on the lookout for these,” said Nowbuth.
