Protecting students against substance abuse and related crimes is a high priority in their social-crime prevention campaign this year.
THE Amanzimtoti Community Police Forum (CPF), along with Amanzimtoti police station, conducted a drug search at Kingsway High School recently.
Protecting students against substance abuse and related crimes is a high priority in their social-crime prevention campaign this year.

The Amanzimtoti CPF thanks the principal, deputy principal, staff, and School Governing Body (SGB) of Kingsway High School for a successful and well-executed drug search.
They also extend thanks to Amanzimtoti police station’s social-crime prevention team, the dog unit, as well as the Department of Community Safety and Liaison volunteers for their participation in the initiative.
Amazimtoti CPF’s public relations officer Estelle van Eeden said the purpose of these initiatives is to safeguard children from the scourge of substance abuse and to prevent them from falling prey to opportunistic crimes related to these activities.
