The pair is from Reflect Performing Arts Studio. Eight-year-old Zhayli de Vaal and Christelani Rossouw have each built remarkable portfolios in modelling and the performing arts, and will now perform among some of the province’s finest young talent.

Reflect studio director, Rialda de Vaal, expressed her pride in Zhayli and Christelani.

“They work hard, they show up with enthusiasm, and they love what they do. It’s inspiring to see young talent from Amanzimtoti step into big opportunities and this is only the beginning,” said De Vaal.

De Vaal added that Zhayli has been with the studio since the age of four, and her progress has been extraordinary. Last year, at the age of seven, she received her South African colours for modelling and performing arts, excelling in dramatised poetry, singing and stage performance.
