One of the best ways to use up leftovers is on a tapas-style platter. Many South Africans love a good braai on Boxing Day, so why not create a delicious platter by pairing it with those tidbits of cheese, a portion of veggies, and some sliced-up pieces of Christmas roast?

Easy chopped chicken or turkey salad

Upcycle your festive leftovers in a healthy way by tossing together some buttery lettuce, cherry tomatoes and salad dressing with cubed leftover chicken or turkey for a simple and light lunchtime meal.
