Free rabies vaccination drive planned for Amanzimtoti
The programme, led by the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, aims to curb the spread of rabies.
PET owners in Amanzimtoti and surrounding areas are urged to take advantage of a free rabies vaccination campaign taking place from April 7 to 10.

The programme, led by the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, aims to curb the spread of rabies. This deadly disease can be transmitted from animals to humans. Vaccination teams will visit several communities over four days, bringing services closer to residents. Pet owners are reminded to keep dogs on leashes and cats in secure carriers when attending the clinics.
