The club’s president, Tony Marron, extended heartfelt thanks to supporters of the raffle who all contributed to the initiative’s overwhelming success.

The highly-anticipated top prize was a beautiful, intricately hand-made quilt, which was won by a delighted Rob Wheeler.

“For those who missed out, the good news is that the next Lions raffle has already kicked off. Tickets will be on sale at all upcoming club fundraiser events, with the final draw set to take place at the September club meeting,” said Marron.

The first chance to grab a ticket for the new draw is around the corner, with the club hosting a wine tasting evening at Lords and Legends on June 27, starting at 18:00. Tickets for the wine tasting evening are available at Lords and Legends or can be obtained by contacting Jenny Perkins on 083 299 4619.
