Young Amanzimtoti paddling talent awarded

Dayne Lee Clarke, Izzy van Heerden, and Nina Meredith have been phenomenal this year, competing and doing well in national competitions.

THE Toti Canoe Club has congratulated its three young paddlers who have been recognised for their sporting and academic achievements.

Dayne Lee Clarke, Izzy ‘The Bizz’ van Heerden, and Nina ‘Bean’ Meredith are all also Grade Seven learners at Warner Beach Preparatory School. All three have been phenomenal this year, competing and doing well in national competitions. Toti Canoe Club’s secretary, Roxanne Holmes, said the club is proud of them for their efforts and for keeping the paddling sport alive.

“Well done to all the parents for making sure the kids are at training,” she said.
