Animal NPO marks eighth year

Our goal is clear, our aim identified.

EDITOR – We are celebrating our eighth  year of feeding and our third year of officially being in the animal rescue business. Much has happened in this time, one being our registration as a non-profit organisation.
The organisation, 4 Paws and a Tale Rescue has one aim and one aim only and that is to love, feed and sterilise as many animals as possible.  The love comes easy, but the feeding takes up most of our time as this is done daily no matter what.

The sterilisation aspect is greatly important and every single dog or cat male or female is done as quickly as possible and this depends mostly on the availability of funding. With that in mind I wish to thank all our sponsors and supporters for the trust they have placed in us by giving so freely of food and funds.  Without your support we will never reach the numbers that we do.
Thank you also to Drs Perchman and Biden of Scottvet for their support and assistance with sterilisations and neuters at a welfare rate.
Thank you to KZN Outreach for funding sterilisations in KZN as well as in the Craigieburn/Umkomaas area. To the Amanzimtoti SPCA for fetching and dropping off the animals we identify for spay and neuter, thank you.
Because the need is so great, we have decided to venture into the Amanzimtoti area with the spay/neuter programme and with your help, we will prevent the birthing of unwanted litters.
Our goal is clear, our aim identified. With perseverance and support from all of you animal lovers we will succeed and we will all look back at this achievement with pride and joy.

Woofs and schmooches from us and all the pooches.
Nicky and Johnny
