RWFL athletes conquer Swift 21.1km

The weather is not playing the game this last few weeks but you have to keep on training.

RUN Walk For Life (RWFL) members who are currently in training for an event, including the Sani Stagger, half Ironman as well as brave novices who have signed up for next year's Comrades, have been frustrated by the weather of late.

However, keep on training and don your warm clothes, rain jackets and so on.

Well done to club members who completed the Swift 21.1km, especially as the weather was terrible.

The Saturday morning run was once again well attended by not only RWFL members but also athletes from other clubs. The club urges all runners to join in as summer has come around, the perfect season to enjoy the outdoors.

On Saturday there will be a 25km run at 5am from Amanzimtoti High School.
