Scottburgh Old Boys needs rugby players

THE Scottburgh Old Boys Rugby Club is recruiting players for the 2014 season.
For the last four seasons, the old boys have fielded a single side in the Southern KwaZulu-Natal rugby sub-union (SKZNRSU) and have reached the semi-finals twice and the finals twice.
Their opponents have been Kokstad, Matatiele, Ixopo, Harding, Port Shepstone and Maclear (Eastern Cape).
This, with the cost of fuel as it is, has been a logistical nightmare.
The old boys have now been granted permission to play in Durban sub union, on condition that they also field a side in the SKZNRSU. This team will campaign in the B section, and come up against sides that have never beaten the old boys to date.
Players will now be eligible for SKZNRSU and DRSU colours.
Interested parties should call Andy on 083-501-3380. Go to the country club where many attend touch rugby practises on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.15pm.
