Lizette signs up for 12 hour Cansa relay
Lizette Botha will again run for CANSA by doing the full 12 hours urging members off the public to support her by sponsoring her.
NOT a lot of training went on for Run Walk For Life (RWFL) during the week, due to bad weather conditions.
On Sunday the members went to Berea to support Stella Athletic Club at the Stella Royal 25km and 10 km run/walk.
After a late start, the 25km went off and half an hour later, the 10km. In the 10km race, Janine Frasier William (novice) with her guide Penny Chapman finished in good time. In the 25km, there were a few runners who achieved personal bests. To all that participated and completed the various races, well done and keep up the training.
