All hands on deck to help ahead of South Coast Marathon
Support Toti Athletics club and help make the South Coast Marathon a great event.

To help with post-event hydration, call Des. To help pour drinks for athletes who finish both the 21km and 42km race, serving of tea, handing out of goody bags on Saturday from Lords and Legends from 10am until 4pm and Sunday from the civic centre from 3.30am until 4.45am, call Belinda on 083-408-0639.
To help with setting up the finish area on Saturday, 18 October at noon, call Cecil on 083-805-1277.
The 21km and 42 km helpers run will take place on Saturday, 11 October. Meet at Lords and Legends by 4.45am to leave by 5am. Latecomers will not be entertained. Club vests are to be worn.
Water and coke will be supplied. The club still requires people to help with transport and water tables. Call Chris on 083-301-3632

Speaking about the Brassils Marathon in New York, AAC runner Karin Sobrino said: “So happy it's over, I had a terrible run. My legs felt like concrete but I managed to finish in 3.19.22 and was the fifth woman home. It means I have to come back one year and try again. It's a nice course but not easy.”
Training times for Toti AC juniors track and field meet at lords 4.45pm Mondays to Fridays call Riaan on 078-457-1936.
Senior strength training is at Lords at 5pm on Tuesdays, call Cecil on 079-895-4323.
Time trials for 8km and 4km are on a Wednesday at Lords at 6pm. There is a 11km run on Saturdays at 6am.Walkers train on Mondays and Tuesdays at 4.30pm, Wednesdays at 5.30pm and Thursdays at 4.30pm.
