Lawrence and Lizette Kemp have done parkruns in 12 countries and say the Amanzimtoti event is the best one.

HUSBAND and wife, Lawrence and Lizette Kemp, participated in their 400th parkrun in Amanzimtoti on September 20.

The duo has also done parkruns in 12 countries and say the Amanzimtoti parkrun is the best one.
The weekly event starts at 08:00 on Saturdays at Beach Road, and the recent event saw 210 runners hit the finish line.
