Business alliance donates food to place of safety
THE Bluff Business Alliance (BBA) donated R1,100 worth of food to the Ethembeni Place of Safety on Thursday, August 1.

Lam Roux from the Ethembeni Place of Safety was grateful to accept the donation of dried and non-perishable food collected by BBA members. As a shelter for women who suffer from alcoholism, the centre offers an environment free from temptation, giving women the tools to cope with life without alcohol. Ethembeni relies entirely on charitable contributions.

According to member, Garry Sunderland, the BBA is a business networking forum which aims to increase the prominence of Bluff businesses and to hold members answerable to their customers and the community, while improving the Bluff where possible.
