Voting cancels Stainbank WI meeting

UNFORTUNATELY due to the local government elections being held at the Yellowwood Park Civic Centre, it was necessary at the very last minute to cancel Stainbank Women’s Institute’s (WI) usual Tuesday morning meeting.

President Arlene Greenfield very much regretted this late cancellation and hoped that members were not affected. Fortunately the president was able to get in touch with the guest speakers prior to the date. The WI looks forward to seeing all members at the usual first Tuesday of the month meeting in September. Thoughts are with any members who are unwell. Stainbank WI members are currently particularly thinking of judge May Scott.
