Wentworth children in the hunt for Easter treats
"Thank you to all my volunteers in giving up their time into making this day successful. " - Tracey Williams
WENTWORTH was abuzz last weekend, with a number of Easter events taking place throughout the area.
The one which excited the children was the Wentworth Angels Easter egg hunt.
Hundreds of children turned up on Saturday morning, 8 April to hunt, gather and eat as many Easter eggs they could find.
There were other games like a potato sack race which kept not just the children but the adults on their toes. “It was so much fun and I loved seeing everyone so happy and in such a festive mood,”said founder of Wentworth Angels, Tracey Williams.
