Bluff history book creates great interest

An official launch of the publication will take take place on Wednesday, 21 November.

FOLLOWING the report in the SUN of 16 November about the publication of a book on Bluff history by Duncan Du Bois, there has been a flurry of interest shown by Bluffites in acquiring a copy.

The book is on sale at Ink.Com at Wakefields Centre.

An official launch of the publication will take place at Bluff National Park Golf Club on Wednesday, 21 November at 6.30pm.

At the launch, Duncan will deliver a 20-minute address in which he will unpack perspectives about the Bluff’s past, revolving around the significance of the year 1932. In addition he will shed light on the research involved in producing the book.

He hopes to have old-timer Roger Whiteley present at the launch.
