Power outage leaves Bluff residents in dark
The electricity department is aware of the fault and is working on it. However, the standard turnaround time is between two to 24 hours.
According to eThekwini Municipality, various parts of the city were experiencing a power outage today, including the Brighton Beach area.

Gavin Hegter, a DA councillor, said that various parts of the Bluff were also affected by the outage.
“The electricity department is aware of the fault and is working on it. However, the standard turnaround time is between two to 24 hours. I am trying to get further information as to when the electricity is expected to be restored,” he said.
