Ward 64 residents, businesses encouraged to join clean-up
Residents and businesses are urged to bring along their garden tools and join the clean up.
THE Yellowwood Park and Woodhaven Civic Association encourages residents and businesses to join their clean-up initiative on April 22, from 08:00.
Those interested in joining are to meet outside the Yellowwood Park Civic Centre.
Mark Holbrook, the chairperson of the association, said their aim is to uplift the lives of the residents and the area, by addressing the various service delivery concerns that the community faces.

“Our area of focus for April is the big, grassy area behind the centre, as well as the smaller islands in the vicinity. Our aim through this initiative and the many more to come in the near future is to unite our community and make our area beautiful again.
“We urge residents and businesses to come join us, and bring along their garden tools. If we work together, we will achieve all our goals,” he said.
