2091 PROPOSED WATER USE The application seeks authorisation for water uses in terms of Section 21 of the National Water Act, 1998, namely:
•Section 21(a): Taking water from a water resource.
INVITATION TO INTERESTED AND AFFECTED PARTIES (I&APs)
Owners and occupiers of neighbouring properties, interested organisations, government departments and members of the public are hereby invited to:
*Register as an Interested and Affected Party (I&AP);
*Obtain further information regarding the proposed application; and
•Submit written comments, concerns or objections regarding the proposed Water Use Licence Application.
COMMENTS
All written comments must be submitted within 60 (Sixty) days from the date on which this notice is displayed.
