AMENDMENT SCHEME NO. 023/2025: NOTIFICATION OF SUBMISSION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION Livhuwani Urban Planners and Projects hereby give a notice that we have lodged an application on behalf of Khumela Shalati Betty for rezoning on Portion 1 of erf 4325 Makwarela Extension 3 from `Institutional to Residential 2 For the purpose of Dwelling Units in terms of Section 62 of the Thulamela Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law 2016 read together with the provision of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA).
The relevant plan(s), document(s) and information are available for inspection at the office of the Senior Manager Planning and Development, Thulamela local Municipality, Thohoyandou for a period of 30 days and any objection or representation pertaining to the above land development application must be submitted in writing to the Municipal Manager, P.O. Box 5066, Thohovandou, 0950 before the expiry of 30 day period or to the offices of the Thulamela Municipality during office hours from 7h45 to l6h30 Monday to Friday.
