NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SIMULTANEOUS REZONING AND SPECIAL CONSENT IN TERMS OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017 Notice is hereby given in terms of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-Law, 2017, read together with the Polokwane Integrated Land Use Scheme, 2022, that we, Thapedi Rural Property Investment (Pty) Ltd, being the authorized applicant on behalf of the registered owner, Motjatji Engelinah Nkwinika, have applied to the Polokwane Municipality for the simultaneous rezoning and special consent of Erf 3356, Fauna Park, Pietersburg Extension 11.
The physical address of the subject property is 10 Kingfisher Avenue, Fauna Park, Polokwane.
The application seeks to acquire the following land development rights:
` Rezoning: From `Residential 1` to `Residential 2` to accommodate a higher density residential land use.
•Special Consent:
For `Overnight Accommodation` to permit the property to be used for guest house or bed- and- breakfast hospitality purposes.
Particulars of the application will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the office of the Manager: City Planning and Property Management, Polokwane Municipality, for a period of 28 days starting from 28 May 2026.
Objections to or representations in respect of the application must be lodged with or made in writing to the Municipal Manager at the Polokwane Municipality on or before 25 June 2026.
