NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE. APPROVAL OF THE FINAL REVIEWED INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PLAN (IDP) AND ANNUAL BUDGET FOR 2026/27 TO 2028/29 MEDIUM-TERM REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE FRAMEWORK (MTREF) PERIOD. Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 25 (4) (a) of Local Government Legislation: Municipal System Act (MSA) 32 of 2000 as amended and Section 22 (a) (i) & (ii) of Municipal Finance Management Act 2003 (Act 56 of 2003) read together with section 21 of the MSA 2000. That council in its sitting on 28 May 2026 has approved the Reviewed Integrated Development Plan (IDP) and Annual Budget for 2026/2027 to 2028/2029 Medium-Term Revenue And Expenditure Framework (MTREF) Period relatively under council resolution A60/2026. Copies of the said documents can be accessed at the below mentioned council offices, and libraries during office hours (Monday to Thursday between 07H30 – 16H30; and Fridays from 07:30-13:30), or via the website @ www.tclm.gov.za.
