NOTIFICATION OF LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
We, Nuplan Development Planners CC, have lodged a land development application (Amendment Scheme 186/2018) in terms of Section 66 of the Thaba Chweu By-law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management, 2016, for the rezoning of Erf 3352, Lydenburg, situated at 121 Viljoen Street, Mashishing / Lydenburg. The intention is to rezone the property from `Business 1` with existing land uses to `Business 1` with additional land uses that were not originally part of the land rights and that are compatible with the existing Jocks Centre.
A copy of the application/s and supporting documentation is available for viewing during normal office hours at the Office of the town planning office, Office 30, Civic Centre, corner of Viljoen and Sentraal Street, Lydenburg, 1120, at the following contact number: 013-235-7388. Written comments or objections together with reasons therefore in respect of the application must be submitted, in the prescribed format, to: the Municipal Manager, P.O. 27 August 2026. The comments or objections form is available from the office of the Senior Manager: Land Use management at the above-mentioned address or on the municipality`s website
(www.thabachweu.gov.za). Any person who cannot read or write may consult with any staff member of the office of the Senior Manager: Land Use Management Section during office hours and assistance will be given to transcribe that person`s objections or comments.
