GREEN DOOR ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT AND WULA PROCESSES Notice is given in terms of: NEMA (Act 107 of 1998), under the EIA Regulations (2014, as amended 2017 and 2021) and in terms of the NWA (Act 36 of 1998), of the intent to carry out the following: The Applicant, The Nest Berg Property (Pty) Ltd, wishes to upgrade and expand the Hotel, Wellness Centre and Sports Recovery Centre on the Rem. of Portion 43 of the Farm Cathkin No. 1285, Drakensberg, KZN. The proposed development triggers Listed Activities contained in GNR 327 and GNR 324 and water use activities in terms Section 21 (a), (c), (e), (f), (g) and (i) of the NWA, thus require a Basic Assessment and Water Use License Application process to be conducted.
