ALFRED DUMA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY: DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING AND HUMAN SETTLEMENTS INVITATION FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS ON AN APPLICATION PREPARED IN TERMS OF THE ALFRED DUMA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY SPATIAL PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW 2017. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Alfred Duma Local Municipality in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act (No. 16 of 2013) and the Alfred Duma Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Bylaws of 2017. The application is for the following purpose: `Municipality`s Consent Application to establish a Bed and Breakfast on Erf 6756. Ladysmith-110 Chisty Place, Rose Park. Access to the Bed and Breakfast is gained through the main entrance gate on Chisty Place.` A copy of the application and its accompanying documents will be open for inspection by interested members of the public between the office hours of 07h30 to 16h10, Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) at the address specified below: Inspection Venue: Town Planning Unit, 2nd Floor, 29 Keate Street, Ladysmith, 3370.
