POLOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY NOTICE OF A REZONING APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 95(1) OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICIPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017
(AS AMENDED 2025) AMENDMENT SCHEME 300, ANNEXURE 113 I, Tshilidzi Timothy Mudzielwana of Fulwana Planning Consultants cc, being the applicant of Portion 4 of erf 691 Pietersburg Township LS Registration Division, Limpopo Province hereby give notice in terms of Section 95(1)(a-e) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017 (as amended 2025), that I have applied to Polokwane Municipality for the amendment of the Polokwane Integrated Land Use Scheme, 2022 through rezoning lodged in terms of Section 61(1) of the of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017 ( as amended 2025) , of the property as described above. The property is situated at 26 Dorp Street, in Polokwane City. The rezoning is from `Residential 1` to `Special use` for Offices subject to conditions on Annexure 113.
Any objection and/or comment, including the grounds for such objection and/or comment with full contact details, without which the Municipality cannot correspond with the person or body submitting the objection and/or Comment, shall be lodged with, or made in writing to: The Director, Polokwane Municipality, Department of City Planning and Property Management, P.O.Box 111, Polokwane, 0700 from 17th of April 2026 Until 15th of May 2026. Full particulars and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the Municipal offices as set out below, for a Period of 28 days from the date of first publication of the notice in the Provincial Gazette and Polokwane Observer Newspaper.
